Description Summary Assist with all aspects of Performing Arts event production by performing the following duties.
This position requires you to be available on nights and weekends when shows are scheduled. Knowledge & Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with the set-up, run and strike of all events held in the Auditorium, the Tart Great Hall and other rooms as needed.
- Loads and unloads scenery, lights, sound equipment and related goods for productions.
- Assists with set construction and scenic design as needed.
- Assists with cleaning throughout and after each production.
- Operates lighting and sound during events.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education Minimum: High School Student or have graduated with a High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Information Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
