Description Responsibilities:Create, maintain, and improve JBS Prepared Foods data bases.Continuously review and execute improvements to the change management, approved supplier program and other FSQA programs.Support and assist the plant teams to meet 3rd Party audit needs in accordance with corporate policies.Maintain the Approved Suppliers and ensure document compliance in the online (Repositrak) system. Maintain and improve the corporate FSQA sharepoint and data trending.Work with IT on any changes or improvements that benefit the business.Responding to customer information inquiries/requests.Maintain customer portal systems for the business.Assist with training team members on optimal use of these systems and processes as needed.Work with and train plant personnel as needed to ensure success of the QA data entry program.Aiding in additional Quality Assurance and Food Safety support duties as required. Including but not limited to:Assisting with QA data reporting as neededTrack and trend corporate Quality KPIs primarily around complaint/claim. New product development support.Conduct internal audits of the facilities to ensure compliance of programs and policies. Other duties as assignedQualifications:In depth knowledge of the meat industry.Experience with third party GFSI Certification and HACCP Certified preferred. Self-motivated and work well without direct supervision.Excellent communication skills.Organized, and detail oriented.Must have a positive work attitude and work well with a team.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally, with personnel from multiple departments and education levels.Knowledge of quality assurance and USDA food safety regulations.Knowledge and understanding of good data managementExperience in a plant environment, preferably in the food manufacturing.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Occasional travel with overnight stays of 1-4 days. The travel will primarily consist of trips to JBS Prepared plants.As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
