The Job:

We are seeking enthusiastic instructors who specialize in tutoring Reading and Writing up to a High School level. Proficiency with ACT & SAT language arts tutoring is a plus.

Tutors will be working in-person at our San Ramon center and will have their own designated table.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coaching and guiding students to meet their academic goals

Tutoring multiple subjects effectively

Strengthening students study habits and identifying how each student learns best

Working with up to three students at a time

Being engaging, nimble, and professional

Keeping detailed records of tutoring sessions

Attending team meetings and other Tutoring Club events

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Previous tutoring and/or teaching experience preferred but not required

Reliable transportation

Ability to work MOST of the following: Monday through Friday from 2:30 - 8:30 pm.
