Responsibilities:
• Research and gather information about homes and local communities to effectively answer buyer inquiries
• Coordinate timely showings of properties with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers
• Assist the lead agent in showing homes that align with buyer clients' needs and budgets, ultimately driving more sales
• Aid clients in determining the best offer price and guide them through the closing process for a smooth transaction
• Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly responding to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails
• Follow up with leads and generate new leads
• Schedule appointments and conduct consultations
• Close sales with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications:
• Comfortable spending extended periods driving in a car
• Proficient with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or quick to learn new systems
• Self-driven, capable of independent task performance
• Highly motivated, aspiring professional growth
• Holds a real estate license
