Position Overview:
A leading waste management company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of its waste processing and recycling facility in [Location]. Key Responsibilities:

* Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Maintain a strong safety culture within the facility.
* Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
* Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance recycling efforts.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage the facility's operational budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on facility performance, safety, and compliance to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the waste management or recycling industry.
* Strong knowledge of waste processing and recycling operations.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Excellent understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
