As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a background in restoration construction to join our team.
Our
Business Development Executive
will play a critical role in driving sales and fostering growth for our restoration construction services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, specifically within the restoration construction industry. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restoration construction sector
Build and maintain a network of contacts within the local area to generate leads and referrals
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction
Keep abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends
Qualifications:
Proven sales track record in the restoration construction industry
Strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
Good tenure with the same company, demonstrating stability and commitment
Extensive local network and contacts within the restoration construction industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Knowledge of restoration/ construction materials, techniques, and processes
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local area as needed
