What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Business Transformation SMB Analyst

Location: Hybrid - Bellevue, WA

Expected start date: May 2025 - December 2025

Duration: 6 -12 months

Working hours: Full-time ( 40 hrs/week)

Work with the VP of SMB Business Transformation and other cross-functional stakeholders to support various efforts on 2025 initiatives primarily focused on gathering updates and creating executive reporting on Key Initiative status. You will work cross-functionally across the organization to gather milestones, key learnings, and risks, prepare project status documentation/communication, and participate in key project meetings as needed. Additionally, you will be able to modernize our reporting process with AI and other reporting techniques and participate in our annual planning process.

  • Education: must currently be enrolled in a graduate degree program
  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/boot camp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong people skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Project management experience that includes planning activities, managing the execution of the plan, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress
  • Excel and PowerPoint are required.
  • MBA student with a focus on strategic management and reporting

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
