Scrum Master Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to oversee multiple Scrum teams within our Content Technology division.

The ideal candidate will fluently communicate with engineers and team leads, efficiently manage backlogs, handle customer interactions, and sustain strict Scrum cycles across various geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize project backlogs
• Decompose project scope into actionable tasks
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices
• Oversee stakeholder interactions and communication

Requirements

• Proficiency in backlog management and scope decomposition
• Expertise in Scrum frameworks
• Understanding of Stakeholder Management
• Knowledge of SDLC implementation, Requirements traceability management and Azure DevOps
• Background in adaptability and negotiations
• Skills in partnership building and team coordination

Nice to have

• Showcase of capabilities with Microsoft Power BI
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
• Flexibility to work with GenAI technologies and vector embeddings
