Maxar is looking for a versatile and innovative All-Source Analyst to support an interesting and exciting project within the Intelligence Community.

Project:  

The All-Source Analyst  will work independently and as part of a cross-functional   team comprised of technical experts supporting an established and growing Intelligence   Community (IC)  mission. You will need to quickly understand complex technical concepts   and make assessments, and then articulate your recommendations to the customer.   Previous experience working on-site to support the Department of Defense (DoD) and   the Intelligence Community is highly desirable.

Day-to-Day with your Colleagues:  

The  All-Source Analyst  will provide analysis   assessments supporting our government customer’s sensor development and integration, operations, and   communication systems. You will be asked to provide technical expertise to support a   variety of tasks to include, but not limited to:  

  • Provide technical support and assistance in the development of mission critical   technologies  

  • Develop, process, and evaluate all-source data including: HUMINT, Geospatial (GIS), SIGINT, and other technical data sources

  • Produce prototype all-source exploitation and signature reports,   products and databases  

  • Support the development of bleeding-edge sensors systems.  

 

Must Have Qualification:  

  • 7+ years of experience with an a dvanced degree in geophysics, physics, or an engineering discipline

  • Must have an active TOP SECRET with CI-Poly security clearance.  

 

Desired Qualification :  

  • 10+ years of experience highly desired

  • Experience in participating in IC, SOCOM, and COCOMs engagement and operations planning  

  • Experience including, but not limited to one or more of the following toolsets: ArcGIS, ERDAS Imagine, ENVI, RemoteView, IEC, Satellite ToolKit, ArcIMS, ArcSDE, Geodatabases, Link Analysis, Socket Set, Iminer, S-plus, Stella, other physics based modeling tools, GALE, and other related tools

  • Current experience with strengths and limitations of DoD and IC collection platforms/sensors  

  • Experience in geophysical Technical Intelligence (TECHINT), processing, exploiting, and/or analyzing data from multiple sources such as seismic, acoustic, infrasound, very low frequency and extremely low frequency electromagnetic sources

  • Significant current experience (i.e., within last 2 years) in TECHINT analysis training/techniques

  • Current ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Professional Technical Certification (EADP) or equivalent certification

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$78,000.00 - $166,000.00 annually.
