We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, with a proven ability to attract and retain top talent. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, the ability to manage employee relations effectively, and experience with succession planning. The Senior Recruiter will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we have the right people in place to meet our organizational goals.

Duties

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, including executive recruiting, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and provide recommendations based on fit for the role and company culture.
  • Negotiate job offers and contracts with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
  • Implement succession planning initiatives to identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruiting efforts.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition in various sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles, employee relations, and contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with UltiPro or similar HR software systems is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in executive recruiting and managing high-level placements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
