### Senior Scrum Master

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will provide leadership and support to our Business Technology (BT) leaders, ensuring our Agile teams operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with BT leaders to promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and practices.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the team's deliverables.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Agile coaching experience is a plus.
- No specific technical background required.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
