Job Description

Seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our Rapid Experimentation Team. This is a hands-on role with rapid iterations of designs to optimize our Ecommerce site experience and drive big business impacts! You’ll work alongside another UX Designer as well as work closely with a team of data analysts and bring a strong UX POV to the table. Requires excellent communication, organization and presentation skills to thrive in a fast-paced team. This role is onsite in our SF Office with option to work from home on Fridays.

• Strong visual and interaction design (using Figma)
• Ability to rapidly produce multiple design solutions for experiments in lean/agile fashion
• Proven record of impactful optimization improvements
• Strong organizational skills to manage fast-paced schedule and project work
• 3-5 years experience working in Ecommerce with deep understanding of what drives Ecommerce KPIs
• Able to contribute to a strategic vision for Ecommerce improvements
• Excellent communicator and presenter
