Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support key business decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial information for reporting purposes.

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.

Strategic Finance:

Work closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to overall business strategy.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate potential investments, partnerships, and other strategic opportunities.

Assess and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.

Provide recommendations on capital allocation, resource optimization, and business growth strategies.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish realistic and achievable financial goals.

Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Provide actionable insights to improve budgeting accuracy and align financial goals with business objectives.

Financial Reporting:

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Collaborate with accounting teams to reconcile financial data and address discrepancies.

Present financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, communicating financial performance and trends.
