Job Summary: The Student Success Center is seeking a motivated student to assist with various administrative tasks. This position provides an excellent opportunity for skill development and active participation in supporting student success initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist international students with check-in procedures.
- Create PowerPoint slides and/or Canva posters for the Student Success Center team.
- Triage and provide answers to questions from students and faculty visiting the office.
- Maintain and order snacks, refreshments, and supplies.
- Answer telephones and respond to correspondence as directed.
- Anticipate needs of navigators, international advisor, and director for appointment management and student case load assistance.
- Update and maintain the social media presence on Raven Nation and traditional social media outlets.
- Create marketing materials to promote Student Success Center initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using PowerPoint, Canva, and other design programs.
- Passionate about student success and eager to learn and acquire new skills.
- Must have Federal Work-Study awarded as part of financial aid package.
