Position Title : Technical Recruiter

Job Overview: The Technical Recruiter at PRNX plays a crucial role in managing the technical recruitment process. This includes screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and negotiating employment terms to ensure we secure the best talent in the industry. This role demands a robust understanding of technical roles and excellent interpersonal skills to manage interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Screening and Pre-Screening:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly understand the specific requirements of each technical role.
• Screen applicant resumes
• Conduct initial screenings and in-depth technical pre-screens to assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and compatibility with company requirements.

2. Interview Facilitation:

• Organize and coordinate technical interviews, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing comprehensive information about the technical requirements, interview format, and company culture.

3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

• Maintain constant communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment and facilitate efficient decision-making throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize feedback from pre-screening and technical interviews to refine candidate selection and shortlisting.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical recruiting role, with a proven track record of handling technical positions.

•Strong knowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Proficiency in HR software, including ATS and HRIS.
