CAUSEWORX is a boutique Tele-Fundraising organization that partners with the TOP Canadian and American non-profit organizations. Our TeleFundraising specialists connect with supporters over the phone to build long lasting relationships, in order to raise donations and spread the word for our incredible clients. Our passion, quality and professionalism have made us a world class TeleFundraising Organization.

CAUSEWORX is proud to work with many different Charites. We require flexibility for all of our Fundraisers to work on all of our campaigns. If you have any issues with any of the causes below, then this position is not a good fit for you.

What we are looking for:

• Effective communicators who can inspire donors with the work of our clients
• Adaptable to new interactions and conversations, natural conversationalist , able to respond quickly off-script
• Driven to meet or exceed targets, and work independently with little supervision
• Motivated to multitask through various calls to action, client call lists, computer programs, while keeping focused on the mission of Inspiring Generosity
• Comfortable with basic computer & data entry skills , as well as: Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Chat
• Experience with Five9 & Salesforce is an asset

Requirements:

• Access to a quiet home office space , free from distractions and background noise
• Must have USB headset with built-in microphone (Bluetooth not accepted)
• A laptop or desktop with Apple, Windows 10 or newer Operating System ( Chromebooks and Windows XP are not supported )
• A reliable, uninterrupted internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15MBPS, and upload speed of 5MBPS (To test internet speed visit:

Hours of Operation:

Monday-Thursday 12PM-9PM EST

Friday 11AM-8PM EST

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
