**Full-Time Associate Position**

We are seeking a dedicated associate with a keen interest in trust and estate planning, administration, litigation, as well as guardianship administration and litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting trust and estate documents, managing estate and trust administrations, and working on complex trusts, estates, and guardianship cases.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Drafting trust and estate planning documents
- Managing estate and trust administrations
- Handling disputed estate, trust, and guardianship cases
- Drafting pleadings and attending hearings in estate, trust, and guardianship litigation matters
- Conducting exceptional legal research and writing
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues

**Minimum Requirements**

- 2+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house position in wealth management
- Experience drafting estate planning documents
- Proven track record in complex trusts, estates, and guardianship cases
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to work well under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
