Qualifications Position Summary: The Used Car Sales Manager directs the used car sales activities of the dealership by performing the following duties personally.
Essential Functions: - Forecasts goals and objectives to the GSM.
- Facilitates used and new vehicle sales by enabling customers to trade in their current vehicles.
- Acquiring used vehicles for the dealership that reflect market demand, dealership goals and the Toyota image.
- Managing the reconditioning, wholesaling and inventory of used vehicles.
- Pricing used vehicles based on market conditions and dealership goals.
- Monitors Sales Associates productivity and performance. Work deals with Sale Associates to maximize revenues.
- Train Sale Associates in sales processes.
- Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential.
- Establishes daily, monthly and annual objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses and operating profit.
Position Requirements: - Three to five years related experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume.
- Proficiency with V-Auto and a CRM tool
- Ability to motivate and lead the sales force.
- Bilingual
- Must have a valid driver's license.
