MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by
an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of
Education (USDE). Major course work in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Criminal Justice, Education, or a related field
preferred. Each year of experience as described below in excess
of the required one year may be substituted for thirty semester
hours from an accredited college or university on a year-for-year
basis.


2. One year full-time, wage-earning administrative support, criminal
justice, technical program support, teaching, training, or staff
development experience.


3. Victim services experience preferred.


4. Experience in developing or conducting training preferred.


5. Experience with Adobe Captivate and Adobe Connect preferred.


6. Experience in writing or administered grants preferred.


**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $3,409.83.**

**This position is a temporary position grant-funded through
09/30/2025. Continued employment is contingent upon adequate
funding and the need for the position as determined by the agency.**
