Job Description

As a Vice President in Business Valuation, you'll be pivotal in driving project success. Your role involves leading client relationships and collaborating with Senior Managers to ensure project execution. You'll focus on client interaction, setting project direction, offering guidance to your team, and conducting initial reviews of deliverables. For more complex projects, you'll provide hands-on guidance alongside the Senior Manager and team, though this will be less frequent.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clear direction and guidance to Senior Managers.
Oversee the growth and development of your team.
Drive new business development and sales initiatives while nurturing existing client relationships.
Manage project budgets using NetSuite.
Showcase subject matter expertise through speaking and writing opportunities.
Demonstrate a career-oriented mindset and set a positive example for others.
Exercise good judgment in decision-making, knowing when to consult with higher management.
Meet established deadlines consistently.
Communicate effectively and regularly.
