We are looking for an experienced Warehouse and Fleet Manager to help us manage and streamline our operations. Warehouse Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff to maximize efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Manage all warehouse processes, including inventory control, cycle counting, and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date material pricing and equipment lists in Service Titan.
• Handle stock requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring accurate processing, inventory updates, and timely fulfillment to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Oversee the entire warranty parts process from start to finish, managing the parts and ensuring timely handling and accurate documentation for efficient resolution.
• Set individual goals and KPIs for all staff with inventory responsibilities.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and in proper working condition.
• Control activities such as waste disposal, building security, and office sanitization.

Fleet Management

• Oversee general vehicle maintenance and record-keeping, including tracking, scheduling, and coordinating with internal mechanics and external vendors.
• Manage the procurement and disposal of vehicles.
• Oversee truck inventory cycle counting, setup, and replenishment processes.
• Develop and maintain an organized binning system for parts to ensure efficient inventory management, quick access, and accurate tracking within the warehouse.
• Perform weekly vehicle inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and operational readiness, addressing any issues promptly to keep the fleet in optimal condition.
• Supervise staff responsible for responding to tech/install crews' requests for job materials.
• Coordinate job site deliveries by warehouse staff.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar role.
• Three (3) years of experience as a fleet manager or in a similar role.
• Must be certified to operate a forklift or be willing to obtain certification.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industries is strongly preferred. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without accommodation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding and experience using Service Titan for inventory management and process implementation is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
