This highly reputable and well-established Restoration Construction Company is URGENTLY seeking a top quality Restoration Estimator to join their team! With a great reputation and continual flow of repeat/new clients, they are in need of skilled and experienced individuals like you!


Requirements
Experience- Restoration/ Mitigation Construction Required
Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred
Computer literacy required
Xactimate Proficiency
IICRC certifications HIGHLY preferred
Preferred programs Autocad, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel.
Demonstrating sound knowledge in fire, water, and flood restoration


Duties And Responsibilities
Manage project estimates
Ability to anticipate problems and proactively come up with solutions..
Ability to effectively communicate between insurance agents, clients, and crew
Review and revise estimates as needed
Use your creative problem-solving skills to resolve construction and budget issues.
