Job Description

Real Estate Manager

Objective:

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Real Estate Manager to support its expansion efforts. This role will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic real estate opportunities, developing partnerships, managing property integrations, and ensuring the success of new locations. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive market growth and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities to support business expansion.
  • Develop and manage relationships with property owners, developers, and community stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and site feasibility analysis to inform real estate strategy.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, MOUs, and other real estate contracts.
  • Lead due diligence efforts, including financial and legal assessments.
  • Oversee seamless integration of new locations and ensure operational success.
  • Monitor market trends and provide data-driven recommendations for future growth.
  • Serve as a key account manager, ensuring long-term success of partnerships.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate real estate or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed (up to 50%).
