Position : Supply Chain Manager

Location: Mt. Pleasant, TX 

Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year (depending on experience)

Industry: Manufacturing / Logistics / Supply Chain / Food

Employment Term: Fulltime / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead daily operations of logistics, supply chain and materials management.
• Manage department leads and employees to meet assigned duties and meet work schedule
• Work with the Plant Manager and other department heads on Internal & External Audits and assist in the direction of the audit team to ensure compliance for company to ensure a successful audit completion.
• Prepare, review or audits forms, documentation, and records as needed
• Performs all other related Supply Chain Manager duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain management, Operations, or a related field.
• 6+ years related department lead experience
• Previous experience with multi-functional responsibility (Purchasing, Warehouse, Customer Service)
• Working knowledge of inventories and computerized inventories and materials management data
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office and AS400 systems definite assets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
